Recently, I encountered a particular problem that I think a lot of WordPress users have also experience, and this is the conflict between Jetpack and WordPress theme I used. I updated my blog and instaled WordPress 3.5.2. Suddenly every entry in my blog’s photo header became blank. This made my blog a bit dull, making it seems lifeless for months. I have been searching to resolve this problem over the internet or even to my blogger friends and tried different ways to solve the problem.
After trying to tweak and uninstalling and installing different plugins, I found out that whenever I disabled Jetpack, my site will be back on its original state. So I realise, to finally resolve Jetpack 2.2.5 conflict with my WordPress version and theme, I should check one by one all the services offered by Jetpack and discover where the conflict is coming. I actually still don’t know what causes it but when I deactivated Python my problem has been resolve. Python is a service offered by Jetpack that give your site a boost by loading images in posts from the WordPress.com content delivery network. It cache your images and serve them from a super-fast network, reducing the burden on your Web host with the click of a button.
Disabling Python will actually resolve the conflict if ever you encountered the same problem of having your posts photo header in home page turns blank. I hope this simple post have help you guys.
