I had a chance to chat with Ms. Koby Parcell-Cruz, Chocolate Consultant, and describes to me that what they serves are pure Belgian chocolates. No preservatives, chemicals or additives added, and what they do in chocolate fire to make it unique is basically combining chocolates from anything or everything, just being creative with it. And when they came in the Philippines they expanded and add up more on their menu and extend it to salads, sandwiches and pastas.
What amazes me aside from the chocolate, which I will show you later in this post, is how creatively done their advertisements and presentations. You can actually feel that certain passion portraying how one should actually feel upon tasting their products.

No wonder all praises are being given by the customers since they opened. Ms. Koby added that what their customers really commend on their product are the blends, because one could actually determine (specially the choco-holics) the difference to a compound chocolate. And what more satisfies Ms. Koby is on how they directly deliver the message to the customers passing on the passion to the products and making the customer feel their passion over chocolates.

What’s good about Chocolate Fire is that they are very active in social media, informing all their customers about the upcoming and feature menus of the day.
For our finale, which is my ultimate favorite among the rest is called the Fondu Half/Half! It’s chocolate overload compose of two different dips in dark and milk chocolate plus a varieties of fruits like dried mango, banana and strawberry, brownies and marshmallow.
I specially love the combination of strawberry and chocolate creating a sweet and sour taste.
It was a delightful experience dining here at Chocolate Fire. Enjoy it with friends and relatives. Thou one of the major drawbacks in their area is the parking space. The store is located in one of the busiest streets in Makati, and finding a spot to park your vehicle could be hassle.
