I had a chance to be invited to watch the shooting of one of UNTV’s program called “COOK-EAT-RIGHT”. The taping was held at Kitchen Avenue located in Libis Area. Cook-Eat-Right is the newest cooking show with a sporty difference. The program features different known personalities who are in sports, fitness or even other craft that separate the individual to the rest, it also highlights different Chefs specializing in different cuisines, and off course exciting healthy food recipes from the culinary Imagination of the main host Chef REDJ.

The Anak TV seal program is now on it’s 6th Season, and currently being hosted by young and professional Chef REDJ Baron, well-known TV Actor and Nutritionist Mr. Ricardo Cepeda and Mikeli Mapua O’Leary.

A good friend of mine, a ramp and commercial Model and now professionally, a Dermatologist, Doc. Albert Adrales was the guest of the day. He was interviewed by Chef Redj and have been asked about his secrete regimen on having a great skin, gym routines, and of course favorite food to eat.
