The province of Tarlac is known to be as the melting pot of the north. And there are a lot of establishments, restaurants and places to visit in this city. One of the most recommended restaurant that you should visit if ever you’ll be passing by is the Good Earth Garden Cafe.
Prepare yourself to an organic kind of feast! Owned by Ms. Rowena Follosco-Sotero, Good Earth Garden Cafe serves their delicacy straight from the sources at the backyard.
Preparing organic food has been a long time advocacy of Ms. Rowena. The crops are organically grown, planted without the use of chemical fertilizers and harvested without forcing it to be ripen. The City Government of Tarlac City supports Good Earth garden Cafe along with the other establishments in the city who practice the same advocacy.
It was year 2008 when Ms. Rowena put up “Good Earth Garden Cafe“. With her passion in planting herbs and spices she created new innovations in preparing delicious herbal lemonade and smoothies. She first sold it with in the city and later, through the help of the local government, the product has been visible in different exhibits and fares in Metro Manila.
Few years after, the restaurant was born along with her popular lemonade and smoothies. Along with it are some of the unique offerings they have at Good Earth Kitchen Cafe.
