The #GreatNorthernSale Experience in SM North EDSA

If you were given a P500 to go on shopping inside the department store today, What would you buy? This has been the question that pops in my mind when SM North EDSA gave their challenge to bloggers like me, to shop  inside the the mall with a P500 gift certificate given to each bloggers who took their challenge!

Im into thinking, what could be the item that I would be buying for a 500 peso bill? A grocery items would be pretty perfect, but I live alone, so stocking more than enough food is not my thing. Personal items  from Watson’s like deodorants, shaving cream, alcohol, etc could also be a great choice. Well actually there are lots of possibilities you could choose from spending a 500 peso bill wisely, but weighing my needs and wants, I think Ill be spending it, looking for a possible garment to wear on some activities ill be attending really soon.

I went on to the SM Department Store looking for some nice clothes to buy, and luckily a lot of great finds are down from 10% up to 70 % here in SM North EDSA on there mall wide sale called the Great Northern Sale that started July 13, 2012 and will end on July 15, 2012.

And because I have another coverage to attend to at SM Sta. Mesa, I hurriedly look for this cool finds that I could wear some other time. Luckily, Im a mall rat, and love shopping, its been my stress buster! But shopping is only enjoyable if you have money to spend!

With a 500 peso bill, I could actually buy 2 shirts costing P250 each, or a shirt that cost P300 and some items or hats equivalent to P200. With my seach for that lucky items, I visited one of the brands that I love, Oxygen and here are what I found.

All in all, I spend more than what I have, hahaha! But It was kinda worth it considering the big discounts that I received. Mall wide sale like the Great Northern Sale, is always a perfect event to shop ’till you drop!
