Ever since then, I never really had a plan of living outside the Philippines or even the thought of traveling outside Manila. My dream back then was just live a peaceful quiet life, simple but totally contented. Though there came an era where flying to the US has been a huge dream to a lot of Filipinos a.k.a. “The American Dream,” it didn’t really bother me a lot. But I guess destiny has already brought me to this situation that I would need to get my visa and soon fly to the US. But until now, even a part of my family has started to migrate there, the idea of living in the US is still not yet part of my future plans.
Here is a walkthrough of significant events that happen to me in the month of March 2019.
Day 01 – Started with a new haircut and a townhall meeting with Kuya Daniel Razon. Stating all the achievements of the company over the past months and giving us an idea on whats to come in the coming days. It was a really worthwhile day spending time with them and learning new things from our CEO.
Day 03 – Adding up a new clothes on the rack through an ukay-ukay adventure. I got this net shirt and emerald green fur channeling Number 3 at The Umbrella Academy. Afterwards went to Guess for a pull out. then attended Jerricho’s 21st Birthday at Stratos.

Day 4 – Preparing for the big presentation today for the plan of action the team is about to execute the coming months. While presenting, our CEO surprise us by coming in the room and spearheading the meeting. Finally I was told to execute two new channels. Hope all of you could be able to support it soon.
Day 05 – Tried this new service app called Swosh. In the afternoon, I went back at Affinity Dental Clinic for my yearly cleaning and whitening session. My teeth hurts afterwards ugh! But doctor said it was all normal to happen. In the evening, I went home in Bulacan.
Day 06 – Mom and I went up early, I need to join her at the immigrant seminar at the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (Read: How to go to CFO Manila). It is located in Quirino avenue. We arrived on time; while she underwent the seminar, I on the other hand decided to walk my way back at Mc Donald’s just to be able to work ’till lunch. After the seminar, we parted ways and I went straight to SM MOA to attend the Watsons x Captain Marvel event. I wasn’t able to watch the film there but instead I went to another movie invitation courtesy of Globe telecom. Along with my friend, Enzo, we were able to watch the the film ‘Captain Marvel’ in Bonifacio high street.
Day 07 – Another long day ahead that started with a meeting with our Digital Head. After which, I went back to SM MOA to attend another Watsons event. I brought my car by the way. I was worried that I would be having a hard time parking but luckily, parking space were available. After an hour, I decide to meet up Nick in BGC. Did a quick shoot and went straight to The Island to attend the Guess x JBalvin event. I was with friends, King Drei and Raine Salamante the whole night.
Day 08 – Time for my monthly trimming, I went to Heads by Volumed and had a fruitful meeting with Pam. New project is about to be unveil. (Read: HEADS by volu-med: Noninvasive Hair Loss Solution for Men and Women)
Day 9 – Help a friend by being a food critic for their restaurant which they are about to open a few weeks from this time. I was with Kenji, ate Mariz and Jovan. Afterwards, I went to attend the church service in Visayas Avenue.
Day 10 – Finally, I was able to visit a shell station for my vehicle checkup. I spent less than 2k for the change oil and checkup service. Afterwards, I went to Calumpit to attend my nieces birthday party. It was a wonderful evening of celebration and revelation. I cant believe the situation my brother and his wife went into. Good thing they were able to fix everything in their lives in Gods help. By the way, I was the official photographer of the event.
Day 12 – I was up early to attend the Asus seminar in their office in Ortigas. At around 1pm, I went to attend the Zojirushi launch that happen at the Upper Deck. There we were able to try the newest product line and test our strength through wall climbing. It was so fun, I was able to to it twice. In the evening, I joined some friends in a trip going to Bellevue Hotel to attend the first anniversary of the Cellar Bar.
Day 13 – Party with Blogger friends as we tried the party packages of Buffalo Wild Wings in Glorieta. The B-Buds party includes Kids Party Package at Php 355/head and Adult Party Package starts at Php 550 per head.

Day 14 – Woke up really early today to be with Mom on her last day here in Manila. She is flying solo for the first time to a far place in the US. I was a bit worried for she wasn’t sending a message when she landed in China, but I thank God she was able to arrive in Washington safely! Good job Mom!
Day 15 – I went straight to Chilis for the Fly shades event. Didn’t really expected much about it so after a few hours, I walk my way back at home passing at the Korean supermarket. In the evening I decided to use my GRewards and watch the movie Ulan.

Day 16 – Finally, I was able to clean the house. I was also able to join the Mentos Choco Fair located at UP Town Center. Kara, Ruth, Rod and I also had lunch at Italiannis afterwards. Then went to church at 5pm.
Day 19 – Bump into my Tao Tribe friend Lahaina along with Alex Diaz in CBTL Shangrila. I was planning to shoot the drink I bought while waiting for Rod and Cid before heading to our dinner at Watami at 7pm. It was nice catching up with Lahaina and meeting Alex as well. I was inspired with her I decided to go to the gym early in the morning the other day. I had an awesome night as well catching up with Cid and Rod. Thank you Watami for the awesome dinner.

Day 20 – After gym, I went to the bank to get a certificate I will be using for my visa application. I went straight to to the office for work and decided to go to the mall, avail G rewards and watch Us with my kaladkarin friend Echo.
Day 21 – This was a long day that started by attending an event for Phoenix LPG in far side of Taguig. Then I hurriedly went back to QC to attend the meeting with Kuya Dom for our upcoming summit this April (Gosh i’ll be one of the speakers). After working and making a few reports, I went home and joined the launch of Kureji in East Avenue. It was a fun evening having a really awesome food and meeting up new people like Marcus, Toff, Nikki and Shawn. My friend Eian and Pj was also there. I saw the owner and realised that I already met her before, It only occurred to me when Kevin told me that Kureji is a sister company of the brand, Maldita. So thats why. Went home around 9pm with Ged and Karle.
Day 22 – It is going to be a busy week next week and hopefully we could be able to finish everything on time. In the evening, I went to BGC to meet my new Boompods Family. Ielle who is handling the brand was pretty accommodating. Dj Adam hosted the event. It was really an honor being part of the Boompods Family along with Joe and Chuck, Chelsea and Christian Busby, Chris Lomotan, Loren Burgos, Sam Hashimoto, Jasmine Maierhofer, Chinchin Obcena, and Kimpoy Feliciano. Boompods Philippines is opening up their very first Kiosk this coming April 2 2019 at SM NORTH EDSA Annex.
Day 24 – Pull out day at Uniqlo Glorietta 5 branch. This is for the Gundam x Uniqloph campaign. I was able to shop and pick up additional items as well. Right after, I went straight to our house in Valenzuela. Funny, that while I was driving I missed my turn that made me drive my way back to Caloocan via this new road in Karuhatan. Ugh! Anyway, arrived home with an additional 30 minute drive.
Day 25 – Long week starts today, as I finished my report at the office and had a chance to talk with my team. In the evening, Akioh and I attended an event in Ayala Avenue for the launch of Luxe In App. It is a luxury shop app owned by a friend of mine. We ended up a day with a dinner at Krazy Garlic, with high expectations I was a bit disappointed with what we had. Maybe I will try the other menu next time.

Day 26 – After a few things that I need to do in the office, I went to meet up Rod in Ortigas to borrow his car. Then I drove my way to an event at Early Night for Colgate Plax. I was part of #TeamFreshTea with Joyce Pring sa our leader. The main goal is to outsmart the other team by gaining more points over three weeks. Winning team will be able to have a trip to Zambawood by May.

In the evening, Rod and I went to the hotel I booked in Malate. This is in preparation for my US Visa interview happening on the next day.
Oh, slept midnight just to be able to check the Lazada sale on this day!
Day 27 – The day I was really looking for in this month have finally come. I woke up at 6am to have my early breakfast at Vieve Hotel. At around 7am I already started fixing all the things I needed. At 7:45, I was already walking towards the US Embassy. At 8am, the 9am appointment time was already being called, hence I went straight inside the embassy.

After checking out at the hotel, we head to Lucky Chinatown to have lunch at Gerrys Grill, then went back to Intramuros by 2pm for the Bambike Eco Tour. By 4pm we are already done and decided to work for a bit at Starbucks Conrad Manila. At around 7pm, we visited Dessert Musuem, had dinner at Watami by 9 and went home by 10. I brought Rod’s car home and was able to used for 2 more days.
Day 29 – Sold a phone unit to a friend! Yass! Visited the new Q House store at Uptown Mall with Ruth. Afterwards, Ruth and I decided to go to F1 hotel to join the BBQ nights along with Ielle, Pat, Michelle and Quay.
