On a Monday, it could have too fun to do a sleep extension, hastag #lazyAF. Some, could probably be on a road trip, or a staycation somewhere near Manila. For me and my friends, we were out to enjoy the whole day, doing things we couldn’t probably do on a weekday.

Watch out for the full story of my whole day activity soon. It was hell fun! So do not forget to subscribe.

JOYRIDE TRUCK AT RIZAL PARK

One of our destination for today includes Luneta Park. It is where the happening is happening on this special day. I heard there was a ceremony that transpire early in the morning. Aside from that people flock the area for possible job opportunities from Job Fairs, some just wanted to chill along with their family, others just like to enjoy the day and have a bit of food adventure.

There were actually food trucks and kiosk placed at the area for a day. One of the interesting trucks we visited was called Joy Ride! By Nutriasia.

Joy Ride! By Nutriasia served both traditional and new Filipino comfort food made with quality products of NutriAsia. The food truck offers meals like Adoburrito, with a choice of Spicy Adobo and Humba Adobo, a dish popular in the Visayas.

We also tried the Pinoy Chicken Slider served with pan de sal and the Siga Bagnet Wrap, which is prepared using Mang Tomas Siga, a spicy version of the regular Mang Tomas sauce. It also has Datu Puti vinegar and cucumber to give it a kick.

But of course the crowd favorite would be the Skinny Chix, a street food made crunchier and more flavorful by using NutriAsia’s Golden Fiesta Big Crunch Fry and Shake, a breading mix in smoked barbeque, cheese, and sour cream variants.

Nutriasia partnered with Chef Gala who personally prepared the whole food in GalaStars Culinary and cooked it on site to preserved the freshness when serve.

Prices at Joy Ride! Are very affordable that range from P40 to P80.

The next time you see this truck, do try it. With its very colorful design it would be too hard to missed. The Joy Ride! by NutriAsia will start rolling out in Metro Manila this month, serving people at food parks, employees of business process outsourcing (BPO) companies, and customers at bazaars, events, and universities. Check it out guys!
