I’ve been an avid supporter of the brand, Penshoppe, way back in college. I still remember those times where I and some of my classmates used to visit the nearest mall in our school just to look for some outfits to try on and Penshoppe was one of our go-to-places. And now here I am, witnessing one of the best occasion that would be part of the brands history – Opening Penshoppe’s biggest store as of the moment called Penshoppe Capital.
The 800-square meter fashion haven features an edgy yet minimalist layout with white walls, floors, and ceiling. It also has giant LED screens playing the brand’s laters campaigns in place of display windows. I actually love how they manages to include small details that makes this store more exciting. The all-new flagship store, Penshoppe Capital, officially opens February 10, 2017 and is located at UP Town Center.
“One of our biggest considerations when designing Penshoppe Capital is to make it adestination,”shares Jeff Bascon, Penshoppe’s Brand Director. “In order to do this, we need to create a unique shopping experience. That’s when we thought about playing with space. The store is laid out in such a way that shoppers can easily move from one section to the next and allows everyone to have a clear view of the brand’s offerings at a macro perspective.”

The large store houses vast numbers of items. I personally love the statement shirts. There are areas for fresh drops, a specialised denim area at the middle and some other classic favorites. Penshoppe Capital will be the one place where anyone can go to see everything that the brand offers.
The store is launched together with the brand’s 2017 Spring-Summer collection, which is composed mostly of functional yet trendy pieces that are perfect for making the most out of your summer. With fashion inspired by the free spirit of music and arts festivals, the new collection features a myriad of summer staples that are given a fashionable update by mixing muted and neutral tones with subtle intricate details and dynamic tropical prints.
Wish I could bring this to a road trip!

Loving this setup at the launch!
It was stressfully satisfying (weird feeling) picking items while budgeting my pocket money. Luckily, I’ve been able to get what I needed. I had fun and the event felt like a big reunion of bloggers and influencers. Will definitely be back for sure!

Wondering what items I bought at the event? Will create a separate #OOTD post, but here is a photo teaser.
