The world-renowned name Ed Hardy sets out to make waves here in the Philippines. Described as bold, edgy, artistic, and distinct pieces, Ed Hardy has been a known brand that brought tattoo artistry out of the dark and into the glamorous world of fashion. Its strong character and edgy feel would definitely capture a niche market and fashion aficionado’s who would be attracted to their premium, easily recognizable, and much-coveted designs.
The premium brand made their first public appearance at the Zalora’s Fashion Night Out last October 14, 2016 at the BGC Amphitheatre. It was spearheaded by one of the ambassador, tattoo artist Ron Poe who also take part in the events first set. Check the photo above.
The collection for men are composed mostly of shirts, jackets and jeans with predominant printed logo. At the event, I was already eyeing some pieces that I would be getting once I visited their store. Ed Hardy brings fresh and daring opportunities to wear your personality, and being the perfect combination of tattoo art, fashion, and culture, you can now literally wear your tattoo on your sleeve.
The First Ed Hardy store opened in the Philippines at SM Seaside, Cebu on November 28, 2015. Other stores that followed were: Market! Market!, Trinoma, SM North EDSA, SM Mall of Asia, Robinson’s Ermita, and provincial branches in Cebu, Iloilo, and Bacolod.
