Lip-smackin good baby Ribs has long been equivalent to the word RACKS. That hickory-smoked in a blend of special herbs and spices, smoky taste baby ribs can now be enjoyed along with its newest store, RACKS Timog Avenue, and a new look!
RACKS Timog Avenue Branch’ New Do.
RACKS recently opened its 15th and 16th branches located along Timog Avenue in Quezon City and in Evia Lifestyle Center in Alabang.
I got a chance to visit RACKS Timog Avenue branch and it was a surprise to see its new look, gone are the cowboy country look, and welcome to a new cozier, bolder look.
Did you know: RACKS is an acronym, which means Real American Country Kitchen Style
The newest branch at 70 Timog Avenue in Quezon City occupies a big space and can accommodate huge groups. Its interiors exude a warmer, more sophisticated character yet very homey and inviting. Wooden panels dominate its new stores interior and I just love how the veranda looks like.
Being in the business for more than two decades, RACKS still continues to reign supreme with its flamed grilled, falls-off-the-bone specialty that keeps the crowd coming back for more.
I am so ready for you! Lets get it on! @racksphl #racksribs #racksbestribsintown __________________________________ Visit www.nognoginthecity.com

And I would not leave this store unless I tasted it once more. The best selling Onion Brick were first served, consists of thinly slices onion rings, marinated, spiced, lightly breaded then deep-fried to a crisp. It perfectly matches with the sauces or you can even try eating it without.
Followed by a delicious plate of greens. RACKS’ menu had a wide range of selection, from pasta dishes, seafood selections, salads, sandwiches, starters and off course the famous BBQ, in chicken, pork and beef.
The US Rib Eye is rich, tender and full-flavored with generous marbling throughout with fries and gravy.
TIP: to test the tenderness of the ribs, gently pull out a bone from a rib slab or rack. The bone should slide off easily!
Finally, the star of the day has been place on our table – RACKS Kansas City Style Babys. To put on for a test, gently pull out a bone from a rib slab or rack! Kansas City Style Babys is sweet, sticky, with a nice spicy and smoky flavor. The lean and juicy baby ribs is coupled with salads, corns and pasta.
I like it extra hot so adding up RACKS Exra Hot Original barbeque sauce is just suited. You can also try the sweet and smoky RACKS Regular Original Barbeque sauce.
Caping up the late lunch with this two amazing dessert.
RACKS is also in El Pueblo, Festival Supermall, Greenhills, Paseo de Magallanes, Paseo de Santa Rosa, Robinson’s Manila, SM Fairview, SM Mall of Asia, SM Megamall, SM North, SM Pampanga, SM Southmall, The Fort Strip, and Trinoma.
